Experimental purpose:
1. Master the skills of measuring point flow rate with Pitot tube.
2. Understand the structure and applicability of Pitot tube.
3. Analyze the point flow rate distribution of nozzle submerged jet and the change law of point flow rate factor.
Main configuration:
Water pump, water storage tank, Pitot tube, manometer, nozzle jet device, constant pressure water tank, metering water tank, scale ruler, stopwatch, self-circulation system, stainless steel frame.
Technical parameters:
1. Operating environment: temperature 0-40℃, relative humidity: ≤90%RH, power supply: 220V/50Hz, continuous operation.
2. Use low-noise silent environmentally friendly water pump, maximum head: 10m, rated flow: 12L/min, power: 90W.
3. The experimental water tank is made of transparent plexiglass with a capacity of 30L and a pressure-stabilizing overflow port. The constant pressure water supply tank is equipped with a water level adjustment mechanism to change the size of the experimental flow rate; the Pitot tube pressure difference and the upstream and downstream pressure difference of the submerged orifice can be measured.
4. Measuring water tank: 10L transparent plexiglass with a measuring scale.
5. Water storage tank, 500×400×400mm, made of PVC board.
6. The manometer is fixed on the pressure test frame by 4 plexiglass tubes with a diameter of φ8mm. The pressure test frame is attached with a ruler for easy reading. The indicating liquid in the differential pressure gauge is water, which is non-toxic and safe to operate.
7. Experimental flow rate: 0~200ml/s, the applicable range of the Pitot tube is 20~200cm/s, and the experimental flow rate range is 100~200cm/s.
8. The fluid used in the experiment – water is designed for full circulation, which fully saves water resources.
9. The frame and table are made of 304 stainless steel, with compact structure, beautiful appearance and easy operation.
10. Dimensions: 1500×500×1550mm (length×width×height), movable design, with casters and locking feet.
