I. Main Features:
1. Test Bench Structure: The test bench is constructed of sheet metal with an internal rust-proof treatment and a matte plastic-sprayed surface, creating an elegant and beautiful finish. The aluminum alloy panel is anodized.
★2. Transparent Valve Body:
A. Made of optical-grade injection-molding PMMA glass imported from Asahi Kasei (PMMA 80N) from Japan. The dimensions are comparable to the actual valve. This material has a light transmittance of 93%, a temperature resistance of -30°C to +70°C, and SGS/ROHS environmental certification. The angle of view is 15°. It offers excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. It will not yellow, crack, or deform within 20 years of use in a chemical-free environment. This allows teachers and students to clearly observe the internal structure and oil circuitry of the hydraulic transmission.
B. The solenoid valve is designed with an aluminum alloy heat sink to effectively prevent premature aging and leakage caused by overheating. ★3. Connection Method: Automatically locked, leak-proof quick-connect fittings + imported sealing gaskets and seals. The fittings self-lock when disengaged, ensuring safe and convenient use. The imported seals offer excellent sealing performance and are made of durable materials. This makes hydraulic circuit assembly simpler, faster, cleaner, and more convenient for teachers and students during experiments.

① Configuration Simulation Software: This software monitors the valve core movement, fluid flow, pressure, actuator operation, and PLC I/O interface inputs and outputs within the circuit. Various monitoring conditions are displayed visually on the monitor screen using color-coded images and text, providing a clear and intuitive interface.
② Festo Hydraulic Simulation Software: This software provides CAI courseware for hydraulic circuit simulation design and practical training. It not only demonstrates the structure of hydraulic valves, but also allows for hydraulic circuit design, parameter adjustment, and simulated operation. Students not only understand the working principles of pressure reducing valves but also gain a hands-on experience.
★5. System Safety: The hydraulic components are rated for a working pressure of 0.8 MPa, making this a safe low-pressure experimental system. The power supply features leakage protection. It automatically shuts off the main power supply if leakage current exceeds 30mA, phase loss, or other conditions occur. All control circuits operate at a safe 24V DC voltage.

The experimental bench consists of a test bench frame, a hydraulic pump station, common hydraulic components, and an electrical control unit.

The experimental bench frame consists of an iron main frame, a computer stand, and an aluminum operating panel.

2 Hydraulic pump station
System rated working pressure: 0.8 MPa.
(1) Motor-pump unit (unit)
The oil pump is flange mounted, effectively reducing the operating noise to less than 40 decibels. The pump can be any of the gear pumps, cycloid pumps, vane pumps, etc. Motor: DC motor, power 350W, speed 0-1450r/min; DC speed regulator for speed control.
(2) Oil tank: Nominal capacity 35L; equipped with liquid level and oil temperature indicators, oil suction and return filters, safety valve, etc.
3. Working power supply: With leakage protection, output voltage 380V/220V, power supply will be cut off if the ground leakage current exceeds 30mA; electrical control uses DC 24V power supply and has overvoltage protection to prevent damage to the equipment due to improper operation. 4.
