The device uses a sheet metal training platform, and the training platform frame consists of three parts: a training screen (including a power control screen), a training table, and a training locker. The training screen includes a power indicator and control unit, a time manager (including power protection) unit, an indicator light and button unit, a selection switch and a buzzer and relay unit, an instrument unit, and a DC power supply unit. A two-pin socket is installed on the left and right sides of the power control screen, and the external power supply input terminal is installed on the left side of the power control screen; the electrical module in the training screen is designed as a quick-change module, which can easily form a universal training module fixed structure. Multiple training modules can be placed at one time. The module adopts a standardized structure and has strong interchangeability. The training module can be replaced according to the needs of the training content; the storage cabinet is used to store tools, materials and modules.

This equipment adopts sheet metal rail training table, and the module adopts standardized structure and tool material placement drawers and module storage boxes, which are highly interchangeable.
This training stand consists of three parts: training screen (including power control screen), training table, and training locker. The training bench is made of sheet metal material treated with phosphoric acid derusting and spraying as the main frame material of the equipment; the training bench is designed with gray contrasting colors, beautiful and elegant appearance, and the power box is made of 1.2mm steel plate. The power control panel is installed at the bottom of the training screen. The panel layout of the power control panel is from left to right, including power indication and power control unit, time manager (including power protection) unit, indicator light and button unit, selection switch and buzzer and relay unit, instrument unit, DC power supply unit. A two-plug socket is installed at the reasonable position of the power control panel, and the external power supply input terminal is installed on the left side of the power control panel; the upper part of the training screen adopts a quick-change structure design, which can place multiple functional training modules at a time, and the training modules can be replaced according to the needs of the training content. The desktop of the training table is specially made of 25mm hemp gray high-density laminate edge sealing, which effectively improves the insulation level. The training locker adopts a standard structure and drawer type, which is used to store tools and training materials; the double sliding door design on the lower side can store all functional training modules at the same time. The position of the training locker can be flexibly adjusted according to needs. There are 4 guide wheels at the bottom to facilitate the movement of the training platform. The overall dimensions of the locker are approximately: 1700mm×720mm×1610mm.
The I/O terminals of the PLC module of this equipment, the wiring terminals of the inverter and other accessory components are connected to the safety socket, and the wires with safety plugs are used for circuit connection, which not only ensures the training, formation and consolidation of students’ basic skills, but also ensures the fast, safe and reliable circuit connection.
The functional characteristics of each module of this equipment:
Ø AC power control unit: The three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply supplies power to the device after passing through the air switch. The device is equipped with power supply and power-on indication, equipped with illuminated fuse protection, start-stop switch control, leakage alarm indication and alarm reset, and emergency stop switch. Provide one set of three-phase four-wire 380V and single-phase 220V power supplies (safety sockets), provide 2 sets of three-plug AC200V sockets, the output is controlled by the start-stop switch, and is equipped with fuse protection.
Ø Timer and alarm recorder: The timer and alarm recorder is usually used as a clock, with functions such as setting time, timing alarm, and power off. It can also automatically record the number of overcurrent alarms caused by wiring or operation errors.

Ø DC power supply, DC voltage/current meter, logic level output and indication, etc.: DC voltage: 0~±10V adjustable output; DC current: 4~20mA adjustable output; DC digital voltmeter/current meter: voltmeter range 0~30V, accuracy 0.5 level, current meter range 0~30mA, accuracy 0.5 level; at the same time, it is equipped with logic level output (inching, yellow, green and red three-color switch), logic level indication (yellow, green and red three-color indication), DC 24V relay, DC voltage output: 24V/6A, 12V/2A each (with fuse protection).

Ø PLC module: The PLC host adopts Mitsubishi FX3U-48MR; 24 input points and 24 output points. It includes 24 button switches, one boat switch, and one fuse.
Ø Inverter module: The inverter uses Mitsubishi E740/0.75KW inverter. It includes a potentiometer, 7 button switches, a boat switch, and a fuse.

Ø Three-phase asynchronous motor module: The motor used is a three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor, which is used for inverter speed regulation and has a fixed base.
