I. Overview
Primary maintenance electrician training and assessment device adopts internationally commonly used modular design. According to different training and assessment contents, corresponding training modules are configured. The electrical laboratory equipment is convenient for training, with reasonable layout and easy expansion and upgrading. The training contents cover electrical instruments, electrical wiring technology, electronic circuits, electrical lighting and power distribution, electric dragging, electric shock first aid, safety fire protection, etc. The electrician assessment cabinet meets the requirements of teaching, training and examination of the national occupational standards for primary electricians. The electrical laboratory equipment is suitable for teaching, training, assessment and skill appraisal of various vocational schools, technical schools, secondary technical schools, labor training and skill appraisal institutions and other units.

3. Basic configuration and functions of the training device
The primary maintenance electrician training and assessment device is mainly composed of a training screen, a training hanging box, training equipment, a training table, etc.
(I) Training screen
The training screen of the primary maintenance electrician training and assessment device is an aluminum-wood structure with an aluminum alloy panel. It provides AC power and DC voltage and current regulated power for the training hanging box. The specific functions are as follows:
1. The external power input indicator light is on (reminding the operator that the external power supply has been connected to the training table).
2. Push on the three-phase leakage switch, and the three-phase power supply supplies power to the training box, etc. The 450V voltmeter indicates the output line voltage.
3. Low-voltage AC power supply: output 3V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 18V, 24V low-voltage AC power supply.
4. Provide 2 ~ 220V sockets to provide working power for external devices.
5. DC voltage and current stabilization power supply: voltage 0-30V continuously adjustable, output current 2A, with current limiting protection function.
