I. Overview
The Motor and Transformer Disassembly and Repair Training Device is a skills training platform for disassembling, rewinding, assembling, repairing, and factory testing single-phase transformers, single-phase capacitor-run asynchronous motors, and three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. It provides students with skills training in motor disassembly, rewinding, assembly, and repair. This device is suitable for courses such as “Motor Manufacturing Technology,” “Motor Repair,” and “Motor Testing” in mechatronics, automation, and related electrical engineering majors. It incorporates relevant content from the *National Occupational Standard—Maintenance Electrician* and *Vocational Skill Appraisal Training Materials—Maintenance Electrician* published by the Machinery Industry Press and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China. It can also serve as equipment for the level assessment and certification of primary, intermediate, and advanced maintenance electricians.
II. Technical Parameters
1. Input Voltage: Three-phase four-wire system ~380V±10% 50Hz
2. Working Environment: Ambient temperature range -5~+40℃, relative humidity <85% (25℃) 3. Device Capacity: <1.5KVA 4. Dimensions: 1300mm×750mm×1300mm III. Device Equipment 1. Power Control Panel The control panel is a double-layer matte textured powder-coated iron structure with an aluminum panel. 2. Training Table Anti-static insulating rubber mat is attached to the top of the training table. To facilitate winding and management of the training room, a hand-cranked electronic counting wire winding machine is fixed on the table. A winding cabinet for placing copper wire is provided under the table. 3. Main Control Function Board (1) Three-phase four-wire power input, via leakage protection device and main switch, is operated by contactor through start and stop buttons, and an emergency stop control button is provided. (2) The control panel is equipped with three pointer-type AC voltmeters to observe the three-phase grid voltage. (3) A three-phase adjustable AC power supply, regulated by a 1.5KVA three-phase coaxial autotransformer, can output three-phase 0-450V and single-phase 0-250V adjustable voltage. (4) DC power supply section: One set of 220V/0.5A DC power supply with short-circuit protection. One set of 0-250V adjustable DC high-voltage power supply with overvoltage and short-circuit protection. 4. Instrument Function Board (1) Three AC digital ammeters are provided, with a measurement range of 0-5A, accuracy of 0.5 class, and a 3.5-digit digital display. (2) One DC digital milliammeter: measurement range of 0-2000mA, 3.5-digit digital display, and accuracy of 0.5 class. (3) One intelligent power and power factor meter: composed of a microcomputer, a high-speed, high-precision A/D conversion chip, and a fully digital display circuit. Intelligent control mode with human-machine dialogue is achieved through key control and digital display window. To improve the measurement range and test accuracy, the sampled signals of the instantaneous values of the measured voltage and current are converted by A/D conversion, and active power and reactive power are calculated using advanced DSP technology. The power meter has an accuracy of 0.5 class, and the voltage and current ranges are 450V and 5A respectively. It can measure the active power, reactive power, power factor and load characteristics of the load; it can also store and record 15 sets of power and power factor test results data, and can query them one by one. (4) Single-phase capacitor-run motor capacitor: 4uF/450V CBB capacitor. (5) One double-pole double-throw switch. (6) Adjustable resistors: Two sets of 0~900Ω/0.5A adjustable resistors. 5. Instrument Equipment (1) One 500V megohmmeter for testing the insulation resistance of motor windings (2) 890B+ digital multimeter with a 3.5-digit display (3) One clamp meter 6. Equipment and Motor Equipment (1) One set of disassembly and assembly tools: 6-inch three-jaw puller, adjustable wrench, hammer, marking board, pressure plate, scissors, etc. (2) One set of winding devices: motor winding mold, winding shaft, winding frame, pressure frame, etc. (3) One hand-cranked electronic counting winding machine: digital display range 0-9999 turns, accurate and convenient counting (4) Unvarnished single-phase transformer: capacity 100VA, voltage AC220V/55V, current 0.45A/1.8A. (5) Unvarnished single-phase capacitor-run asynchronous motor: rated power 120W, voltage 220V, current 1A, speed 1420r/min. (6) Unvarnished three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor: rated power 180W, voltage 380V (Y connection), speed 1400r/min. 7. Training Wires and Accessories High-reliability sheathed pistol-type connector wires are used (eliminating any possibility of electric shock). The inner wires are made of oxygen-free copper, drawn into fine strands as thin as a hair, achieving ultra-softness. The outer layer is nitrile polyvinyl chloride insulation, possessing advantages such as softness, high voltage resistance, high strength, anti-hardening, and good toughness. The plug uses solid copper parts with beryllium light copper spring contacts, ensuring excellent contact. IV. Training Projects (I) Single-phase Transformer Repair and Testing 1.
