I. Product Introduction
The Intelligent Control ESP Electric Steering Intelligent Linkage Integrated Theory-Practice Platform is an experimental training platform made from real materials used in electric power steering systems for new energy hybrid vehicles. It can complete experimental training content related to electric power steering systems for new energy hybrid vehicles. It is suitable for various educational institutions’ teaching needs in the disassembly and maintenance, structural and principle understanding, system operation, dynamic functional demonstration, and fault detection and diagnosis of electric power steering systems for new energy hybrid vehicles, covering theory and maintenance training.
II. Functional Features
1. Equipped with a real, operable electric power steering system for new energy hybrid vehicles, demonstrating the structure and principle of the electric power steering system and dynamically demonstrating its working process.
2. Equipped with a steering angle disc, displaying real-time changes in the front wheel angle; equipped with a digital display, displaying real-time changes in sensor signal voltage.
3. The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel, vertically mounted with a full-color standard system diagram printed on a UV flatbed inkjet printer; students can intuitively compare the diagram and the actual device to understand and analyze the system’s working principle.
4. The panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
5. It features a diagnostic interface, allowing connection to dedicated or universal automotive decoders for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams from the electronic control system.
6. It includes a fault simulation system, enabling fault setting and troubleshooting of low-voltage circuit systems. It can set and assess 10 common fault points.
7. The equipment frame is constructed from two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The 40cm wide platform is durable and rust-free. It comes with four self-locking casters for easy movement.
8. Accompanying training (experiment) manuals and other teaching materials are provided.
9. Safety protection devices are installed: emergency stop switch, protective covers for rotating parts, protective devices, and warning signs.
