I. Product Structure Requirements
Each independent unit consists of a training table, an actuator, and a mounting plate. Each set of equipment, in addition to the independent unit, also includes an assembly table, tool cabinet, and computer desk.
Training Table: Made of cold-rolled steel plate, bent and welded, with electrostatic powder coating for fire resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance. The training table is equipped with four casters and four adjustable feet; the casters are for movement, and the adjustable feet are for fixing. The tabletop is made of aluminum profiles, allowing students to install workpieces in any position and in any way, not limited to fixed holes and methods.
Actuator: Made of precision-machined aluminum plate, assembled with a sandblasted and anodized surface, providing both corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Mounting Plate: Slantedly mounted under the training table for easy removal and removal. The mounting plate houses electrical components such as a PLC and frequency converter, all connected to the actuator on the training table via cables and quick-connect plugs.
Assembly Tables: One mechanical assembly table and one electrical assembly table are included. Each consists of a table body and a tabletop. The table body is made of high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet, bent and welded, powder-coated, and then assembled. The tabletop is made of high-density MDF with a fire-resistant board laminated to the surface, making it corrosion-resistant and anti-static. The entire assembly table can be easily disassembled for convenient transportation and installation.
Tool Cabinet: Made of high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet, bent and welded, with an electrostatic powder-coated surface. The tool cabinet has multiple drawers for storing tools and is located on one side of the bottom of the assembly table.
Computer Desk: Assembled from high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet, bent and welded, with a MDF tabletop. It is equipped with four casters.
