(I) Product Introduction
This electronically controlled hydraulic power steering and front suspension training device consists of an LS400 original electronically controlled hydraulic power steering gear, control computer, shock absorbers, steering wheel, tires, and a movable test bench. Using the actual LS400 original electronically controlled hydraulic power steering system as a foundation, it fully demonstrates the structure and operation of the vehicle steering system. It is suitable for teaching theoretical and practical training on vehicle chassis steering systems in vocational and technical colleges, general education institutions, and training institutions. This training bench is fully functional, easy to operate, and safe and reliable.
(II) Components
The LS400 original electronically controlled hydraulic power steering gear, control computer, control solenoid valve, vehicle speed sensor, shock absorbers, steering wheel, tires, color schematic diagram, and a movable test bench are included. (III) Features
1. A voltmeter displays vehicle speed and other signal values. The training platform panel features a color-coded circuit diagram that matches the original vehicle’s wiring harness and is protected by plexiglass. Detection terminals are installed on the training platform panel, allowing direct on-screen detection of electrical signals from various sensors, actuators, and control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency.
2. A dial displays steering angle (optional).
3. Front wheel alignment can be tested and adjusted.
4. Universal caster stand facilitates mobile teaching.
5. Demonstrates the operation of the original vehicle’s steering system.
6. Demonstrates the principles, functions, and variations of the electronically controlled hydraulic power steering system.
7. Adjusts and functions the three elements of front wheel alignment.
8. Demonstrates the operation of the suspension system.
9. Practical disassembly and assembly.
10. The fault simulation system simulates actual operating conditions and can be configured for various common faults. For details, see the fault simulation setup instructions. 11. The base frame features welded steel structure with a painted finish and self-locking casters for safety and reliability.
12. The training session includes an instruction manual and related materials.
