I. Overview: This device is designed according to the requirements of “Worker Grade Standards” and “Vocational Skill Appraisal” specifications, combined with the actual production situation in factories and the skill requirements of occupational positions, and is tailored to the characteristics of vocational education and practical training assessment. It is suitable for practical training and assessment in courses such as electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance, electromechanical technology application, and machine tool circuit maintenance in higher vocational schools and secondary vocational schools. It is also suitable for internships and installations in the “Electrical Equipment Maintenance” course for electromechanical majors in technical schools, as well as training and practical exercises for maintenance electrician technician classes.
II. Product Features: The entire device is based on a standard distribution cabinet. It fully utilizes the double-sided space of the cabinet, with four different machine tool circuits set in each cabinet. This allows students to understand, become familiar with, and master the principles, electrical control, and motion operation of various machine tool circuits. Each machine tool circuit is equipped with an assessment board with relays, and more than 10 circuit faults are artificially set, allowing teachers to select circuit content for assessment. This equipment can meet the needs of vocational skills training, providing students with practical training, and is suitable for maintenance electrician assessment and certification. This assessment device requires examinees to be familiar not only with the machine tool’s operation process but also with its working principles and circuitry.
The cabinet is precision-machined from 2mm cold-rolled steel plate, with overall powder coating for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Universal cable trays are installed inside the cabinet for safer and more aesthetically pleasing cable management.
1. Wireless Power Control Requirements: The teacher can control the main power supply of the student workstations wirelessly: no laboratory wiring required, portable control terminal; wireless transmission distance: >20 meters; industrial touchscreen control; size: ≥7 inches; resolution: ≥65536 colors; The teacher can wirelessly control the start and stop of the main power supply to the student workstations, and can also deactivate the control, allowing for student self-control.
2. Basic Configuration of the Intelligent Training Assessment System:
This system consists of a teacher’s computer, an intelligent training assessment board (built-in), intelligent training assessment system software, and an intelligent answer device. The answer device consists of a 240×128 dot-matrix blue backlit LCD screen, a PVC tactile keyboard, a microprocessor, memory, and a communication module. The system allows for fault setting via keyboard or teacher’s computer. Students perform fault detection on the circuitry of the training platform and transmit their answers and related information to the teacher’s computer using an answer device. The teacher can then automatically grade the students’ assessments based on the uploaded information and save the results for later retrieval or printing. The assessment system features: automatic equipment monitoring and identification; fault setting and troubleshooting of the training platform and counting of incorrect fault tampering; automatic saving of exam papers to prevent data loss in case of power failure and avoid duplicate questions; automatic saving of each student’s ID, class, answer results, number of incorrect fault tamperings, exam time, and alarm records, which are then sent to the computer for grading upon submission; calendar and clock functions; countdown function; paper distribution function; submission function; and functions for setting the number of assessment platforms and individual login passwords.
