I. Product composition and function
This device is a set of surface roughness comparison measurement combined training products carefully designed according to the basic teaching requirements of the “Tolerance Matching and Technical Measurement” course. It consists of comparison samples, test parts, supporting drawings and training instructions. Its purpose is to deepen students’ understanding of the basic concepts of surface roughness through surface roughness comparison measurement, master the skills of surface roughness measurement methods, and lay a solid foundation for the application of tolerance matching in subsequent courses.
