The Mitsubishi PLC Programmable Controller Training Device is a product developed according to the “Standards for the Equipment Configuration of Electrical and Electronic Training Bases” in accordance with the “Education Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China – Standards for the Equipment Configuration of Electrical and Electronic Training Bases” and the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s “Planning for the Revitalization of Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Textbook Construction in the 21st Century.” It is suitable for teaching and skills training in courses such as “Programmable Controller Technology,” “Electrical and PLC Control Technology,” “PLC and its Applications,” “Variable Frequency Speed ​​Regulation Technology,” and “Fieldbus Control Technology” for both vocational colleges and vocational schools, covering majors such as electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance, electromechanical technology application, electrical operation and control, electrical technology application, and electronic appliance application and maintenance, as well as non-mechatronics majors. II. Device Features

1. Adopts a modular structure, including a Mitsubishi FX5U PLC main unit, Mitsubishi inverter, Mitsubishi touch screen, digital input/output, analog input/output, variable frequency speed control, color touch screen, bus communication modules, etc., along with configuration monitoring software and simulation training software, realizing simulated, information-based, and network-based training, reflecting the network-based and systematic nature of training.

2. Project Training Module: Utilizes typical programmable logic controllers and bus technology to complete control training on logic, simulation, process, and motion of simulated objects and physical models in industrial production, enabling students to acquire various skills in cognition, design, installation, debugging, and maintenance.

IV. Configuration and Functional Requirements

The Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller training device consists of a control panel, training table, main unit training components, training modules (including a rich array of industrial field equipment simulation training objects), inverter mounting box, touch screen mounting box, AC/DC motors, bus units, communication modules, motor guide rails, speed measuring mechanism, cloud platform module, and software system.

(I) Control Panel

1. AC Power Supply Control Unit: A three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply is provided to the device via an air switch. A mains voltage meter monitors the mains voltage. An illuminated fuse is provided for protection. The control panel’s power supply is controlled by a key switch and a start/stop switch. It also features leakage alarm indication and alarm reset.

One set each of three-phase four-wire 380V and single-phase 220V power supplies are provided, with output controlled by start/stop switches and fuse protection.

2. Timer/Alarm Recorder: The timer/alarm recorder functions as a clock under normal use. It has functions such as setting time, timed alarm, and power cut-off. It can also automatically record the number of leakage alarms caused by wiring or operational errors.

3. DC Power Supply, DC Voltmeter/Ammeter, Logic Outputs and Indicators, etc.
