(6) Innovation module parameters: The experimental component box is required. The component circuit symbols on the panel must conform to the latest national standards. The overall structure must be compact and sealed:
① The transparent component box body must be made of organic engineering plastic and feature a teach-in function, allowing users to observe component shapes and wiring diagrams.
② The transparent box panel is made of PCB, offering a clean surface, clear symbols and circuits, and a wear-resistant surface. The panel is connected to the box body with four screws, making the transparent component box easy to open and replace the panel and internal components.
③ The experimental wire jacks on the transparent component box must be made of high-quality copper. The experimental wires are equipped with elastic plugs that can be plugged into the experimental modules. During experiments, experimental circuits can be freely combined according to the experimental content and skill training needs.
④ The electrical circuit experimental mounting plate is injection-molded from engineering plastic and is used to position the transparent component box. Each transparent component box has four removable elastic pins on the bottom that can be fixed to the electrical circuit experimental mounting plate. V. Requirements for practical training projects:
