The drive motor is the power output device of electric vehicles. Currently, the most widely used in electric vehicles is the permanent magnet synchronous motor. This training bench uses a genuine BYD drive motor for dissection, fully demonstrating the internal structure and operating principles of the electric vehicle drive motor and transmission.
A permanent magnet synchronous motor is cut to fully demonstrate the internal and external structure of the electric vehicle motor mechanism, the motor armature and rotor mechanism, various motor winding methods, and their operating principles and processes. A single-speed transmission is cut to fully demonstrate the internal structure of the electric vehicle transmission, allowing students to understand the structural characteristics of pure electric vehicle transmissions. The transmission consists of a two-stage helical gear transmission with only a reduction function, not a shifting function. The mechanical cross-section is painted in different colors. The training bench base is welded steel with a spray-painted surface. It is equipped with self-locking casters for flexibility, safety, reliability, and durability.
