Overview
The transparent simulation teaching elevator is designed to cooperate with the experimental demonstration of elevator and industrial automation courses in colleges, technical schools, vocational schools, labor employment training centers, elevator maintenance property management departments, etc., so that more people can better understand and use elevators, cultivate more elevator professionals, and adapt to the development needs of the elevator industry. Our company has carefully designed it after in-depth exploration and research.
The elevator is made of transparent organic materials based on the most common lifting elevator structure. Its structure is exactly the same as that of an actual elevator, and it has almost all the functions of an actual elevator. In fact, it can be regarded as a miniaturized real elevator. In order to facilitate teaching, most of the parts of the elevator are made of transparent organic materials, so that the internal structure of the elevator is clear at a glance; at the same time, the operation process of the elevator and each action are very clear, and can be repeatedly operated. It enables students to intuitively and thoroughly understand and master the structure and operation principle of the elevator, achieving twice the result with half the effort. It solves the practical problems of the simple theoretical teaching method in the previous elevator teaching or the insecurity caused by visiting the actual elevator, and the inability to fully understand its internal structure and operation process.
The electrical control system of the elevator adopts Panasonic programmable controller (PLC) to realize logical intelligent control and AC variable frequency speed regulation (VFO) drive. The hardware structure and function of the hiacn elevator are exactly the same as the actual elevator. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, smooth operation, simple operation, low energy consumption and easy teaching.
Basic structure of the elevator
1. Machine room part:
Including traction machine, brake, speed limiter, traction wheel, guide wheel or rewinding wheel, manual disc wheel, control cabinet, power switch, car lighting switch, shaft lighting switch.
2. Access part:
Car, car guide rail, counterweight guide rail, counterweight frame, buffer, limit switch, limit switch, control cable, bearing cable, speed limiter wire rope tensioner
3. Car part:
Car, safety clamp, guide shoe, automatic door opening and closing machine, leveling device, control box, car command button, floor indicator light, car lighting, car inspection box and car door.
4. Floor door components:
Hall door, call button box, floor display, door mechanical lock, electrical interlocking device.
Basic functions of elevators
A. Overspeed safety protection system
When an elevator accident occurs, the car overspeeds or slides down at high speed (such as wire rope breakage, car top pulley detachment, traction machine worm gear failure, motor descending speed is too high, etc.). At this time, the speed limiter will brake urgently, and drive the safety clamp to move through the safety steel cable and connecting rod mechanism, so that the car is stuck on the guide rail and will not fall.
B. Spring buffer device for car and counterweight
The buffer is a safety device for the elevator limit position. When the elevator fails and causes the car or counterweight to squat or hit the top (the limit switch protection fails), the car or counterweight hits the spring buffer, and the buffer absorbs the energy of the elevator, so that the car or counterweight can be safely decelerated until it stops.
C. Upper and lower limit switches:
This switch is installed at the upper and lower ends of the elevator shaft and within the upper and lower limit switches. The purpose is to protect the elevator from exceeding this range. If it exceeds the upper or lower limit, the motor will automatically stop and will not work. The difference from the upper and lower limit switches is that this switch will not lose power.
D. Automatic closing device for hall doors
The opening and closing of the elevator floor doors are achieved by the door blades installed on the car doors. Each floor door is equipped with a door lock. After the floor door is closed, the mechanical lock hook of the door lock is engaged, and the elevator can start running at this time.
E. Floor door interlock switch:
When the doors of all floors are closed, the elevator can be raised and lowered. If the floor door of one floor is open, the elevator cannot run.
F. Terminal limit switch safety protection system
Terminal limit switches are installed on the top and bottom of the elevator shaft. When the elevator loses control due to a fault and the car rushes to the top or squats to the bottom, the terminal limit switch is activated, an alarm signal is issued, and the control circuit is cut off, causing the car to stop running.
