Overview:
Electrician Test Bench is suitable for skill training and skill practical assessment equipment for electricians and electrical control circuits in colleges, technical secondary schools and vocational schools. It can meet the students’ skills in electrical installation, wiring technology, circuit analysis, mechanical electrical control circuit experiments, and fault repair. Design Concept:
This product has a unique design. It uses “card-insertion” holes on the universal experimental distribution board and the device base is fully transparent. This makes the wiring process firm, clear, flexible, free, and easy to load and unload. For safety reasons, we set an isolation transformer at the circuit input end of each unit. Strictly refer to the standards of various majors and levels in the national occupational standards, adhere to standardization, and strive to make the content cover all requirements of occupational skill appraisal; the experimental content of the equipment is mainly based on real-life practice, which fully enables students to assess the practical skills of starting, braking, speed regulation, operation, forward and reverse protection of electrical control circuits for electricians and electric traction.
Structure and function:
The material is made of aluminum alloy profile, double-sided machine-made board and tabletop fireproof board thermoforming structure;
Specifications of the practical operation table: (150 Cm×70 Cm×160 Cm). The practical operation switchboard is made of stainless steel spraying (universal experimental switchboard). The electrical components are fixed on a fully transparent base, with advantages such as free arrangement, standardized wiring process, and convenient loading and unloading;
Technical indicators of the power control panel:
The input power adopts three-phase four-wire with grounding, the input voltage is 380V 50Hz, and it has a three-phase power indicator light.
Output power: The main power switch has a leakage protector and fuse secondary protection, as well as power isolation and other functions:
(1) Voltage 380V 50Hz;
(2) Equipped with a phase line voltage meter indication (digital);
(3) Single-phase voltage regulation 2-250V 50Hz;
(4) Adjustable DC voltage 5-240V;
(5) The actual operation distribution board is equipped with an emergency stop button;
(6) Equipped with three-phase and single-phase power sockets;
(7) AC and DC power supplies are equipped with output light indication;
(8) The voltage of each line is controlled by the three-phase power switch;
