I. Product Overview:
In response to the needs and suggestions of colleges and universities to offer both “single-chip microcomputer” and “programmable controller” teaching, our company has developed a “single-chip microcomputer and programmable controller comprehensive experimental device”. It integrates single-chip microcomputer experimental board, professional simulator, programmable controller, analog control experimental board, etc. It can intuitively conduct experiments on single-chip microcomputer principles and various application fields, and simulate experiments on the actual application of multiple PLCs. It is suitable for experimental teaching of courses such as “single-chip microcomputer principles and interface technology”, “programmable controller technology”, and “programmable controller and application” offered by colleges and universities.
II. Device Features
1. This system contains teacher master station and student slave station training devices. Each training device consists of a control panel, training table, PLC host component, single-chip microcomputer module, training module, etc.
2. Single-chip microcomputer experimental system:
Rich interface circuits, these single-chip microcomputer interface circuits cover various application fields of MCU, and can provide users with leading application and design methods. CPU chip pins are out, and you can connect your own actual application system at will. It has multiple functions such as editing, compiling, downloading, single step, tracing, breakpoints, running, etc., and can be programmed in assembly and C language. The experimental system provides a wealth of hardware interface circuits and functional modules, and provides application examples and test programs of various interface circuits as well as detailed application instructions to help users quickly master the application methods of these interfaces.
3. Industrial control network configuration monitoring training teaching: Connect the student device (slave station) PLC and the teacher master station PLC system through the RS-485 fieldbus network. The PLC of the student device (slave station) runs the program of the PLC control object. Using the function of network centralized monitoring, the teacher master station PLC can monitor the network in real time, meeting the requirements of field control. Each student can perform operation control individually, and the control of the above-mentioned various training objects can be completed through PLC, and real-time monitoring can be performed through MCGS configuration software.
4. The device is equipped with voltage-type and current-type leakage protectors. Each power supply output has monitoring and short-circuit protection functions. Each measuring instrument has a reliable protection function, which is safe and reliable to use. At the same time, the control screen is also equipped with a timer and alarm recorder to record the training assessment time and the number of misoperations.

IV. Basic configuration and functions of the training device
The training device consists of a control panel, a training table, a host training component, a training module, a three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor, etc.
(I) Control panel
1. AC power control unit
The three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply supplies power to the device after passing through the air switch. The grid voltage meter monitors the grid voltage and is equipped with a fuse with light protection. The power supply of the control panel is controlled by the key switch and the start-stop switch, and it also has a leakage alarm indication and alarm reset.
Provide one set of three-phase four-wire 380V and single-phase 220V power supplies, the output is controlled by the start-stop switch, and is equipped with fuse protection.
2. Timer and alarm recorder
The timer and alarm recorder is usually used as a clock, with functions such as setting time, timing alarm, and power off; it can also automatically record the number of leakage alarms caused by wiring or operation errors.
3. DC power supply, DC voltage/current meter, logic level output and indication, etc.
